We started Southlands Medical Practice in 1997 to service the Woden Valley area and surrounds.
Our doctors have a long history of working in Canberra and have lived and worked in the area for over 30 years.
Southlands Medical Practice has 25 years of experience.
The practice treats patients from all corners of the Canberra Region, including Queanbeyan area and surrounds.
Our Mission
To improve health and well-being of patients via the provision of quality holistic care.
Our Vision
Through patient partnership, we hope to promote preventative medicine and encourage people to be proactive in their health.

We are passionate about providing healthcare to families in the region, ultimately one goes into general practice with this goal in mind. There is certainly a necessity for general practitioners; with the ACT rating the lowest number of GPs per capita in Australia.
